You're invited to our Goddess Retreat, a day for reconnecting to your inner power and embracing your divine feminine energy. Join us for a transformative retreat day filled with meditation, soundbaths, drumming journey, movement, energy healing, feasting, and celebrating the upcoming Lammas festival. Awaken your inner goddess and leave feeling rejuvenated, inspired, and connected.

Standing in your feminine power means embracing your intuition, nurturing your creativity, and honouring your emotions. It involves owning your strengths, speaking your truth with confidence, and setting boundaries that honour your worth. Do you feel called to this?

This 'Move with Magick' event is run by Stacy Oliver, Intuitive Energy Healer and Alana Emily, Ayurvedic Healer and Yoga Teacher. We are two witchy women with a shared vision of connection and reclaiming our power as a community. We're coming together once again to hold space for this incredible coven we're forming, and make our vision come to life.

**What will we be doing on the day?**

- Embrace your creativity with summery crafts. Learn to create beautiful flower crowns and jewellery to adorn your goddess exterior.
- Take unique, artistic portraits in the gorgeous scenery while you're feeling your most confident and magickal.
- Nourish your body with our delicious, home-made meals, designed to help you feel refreshed and revitalized from the inside out with foraged ingredients. Vegan choices and dietary requirements will be met with the help of Alana who is an Ayurveda Consultant.
- Get moving with Alana, who is also a yoga teacher. She will run our fun and energizing yoga, movement and dance practice, perfect for expressing yourself and releasing stagnant energy in a joyful way!
- Receive healing and alignment from energy worker Stacy to help you feel like you belong in your beautiful body. Stacy will also lead a drumming journey and crystal sound bath.
- Spend time in the serene gardens, forest, and lake for ultimate grounding and connecting to nature.

Alana's wonderful partner Aaron will be there, as always, to capture wonderful memories from the day that you'll all have access to. However, this time we do also have the option for you to spend some 1:1 time getting solo portraits or headshots of you adorned in your Goddess attire. We're asking for a small contribution to Aaron for his art, and this is such an amazing opportunity for you to come away with incredible portraits of you feeling your best. Just book the ticket with the additional add-on for this option!

In a world that moves fast, **The Sattvic Space** invites you to slow down. Designed around the ancient wisdoms of Ayurveda and Yoga, this monthly offering is your invitation to pause and settle into a quiet moment of clarity and balance.

*In Ayurveda, Sattva is one of three energetic qualities called gunas. It represents harmony, bliss, wisdom, creativity, and tranquillity. Qualities we could all do with a bit more of in our lives.*

Once a month, treat yourself to a time out. 2 hours of peace, away from the noise of life. These regular monthly meet ups are for checking in on yourself, reflecting on what feels good, and noticing where you could be treating yourself more kindly. 

Leave feeling lighter, more at peace, and more sattvic.

**What’s Included:**

These 2-hour workshops are designed to be accessible, unhurried, and deeply supportive - like a warm cup of tea for your soul.

- **An Opening Circle -** a deeply supportive space to share and connect with others, or simply listen and observe.


- **Ayurvedic Wisdom -** simple, seasonal guidance tailored to the rhythms of nature and the people in the room. Absolutely no prior knowledge is needed to receive what you need.

- **Pranayama and Meditation -** breath and stillness to clear our minds and settle our nervous systems.

- **Yoga -** a nourishing movement practice to invoke the kind of energy we collectively crave this season.

- **Reflective Journaling Prompts -** the opportunity to look within and around you, noticing the subtleties that usually get missed.

- **Herbal teas -** to soothe us from within.

- **Connection to nature -** space to explore the stunning gardens and forest that cradle our beautiful venue.

Together, we invite the community to slow down, savour healing foods, sip medicinal drinks, and reconnect with the ancient rhythms of wellbeing.
